Liability coverage will cover the following:

  • Hot tub/Whirlpool

 A basic renters insurance policy will cover the following:

  • Living expenses if you need to temporarily move due to building damages

  • Freezer breakdowns

  • Credit card theft

  • Fire department charges

Liability Coverage will cover the following:
