Within the first month that a person turns 65 and is enrolled in Medicare Part B, they will have a one-time 6 month enrollment period that gives them the right to buy any Medicare Supplement Policy, regardless of their health. 

For individuals who have Medicare Part B and who medically qualify, plans can be sold year-round.
